These terms and policies, with any possible amendments, apply to all booking confirmations that are available directly or indirectly (through intermediaries) on the Internet, by e-mail or by telephone. By accessing, viewing and using our website or any other basis and/or by confirming the reservation, you agree that you have read and agree to the terms and policies below.

In case of non-compliance with these obligations, the guest bears the responsibility for possible consequences and is obliged to compensate for the damage incurred. With the confirmation of the reservation, the guest is obliged to compensate the landlord directly for any damage caused by his fault.

Days to arrival during high season (30.05-05.09.23):

• bis 14 Tage vor Anreise ohne Stornogebühren
• 13-6 Tage vor Anreise 30% des Gesamtbetrages
• 5-0 Tage vor Reiseantritt 100 % Stornogebühren

If the guest does not announce his cancellation, his accommodation will be released and offered again on the day after the planned arrival.

The court in Poreč/Croatia is responsible for any legal disputes.
